Made in small batches, the Arjuna® Ginger Bar starts in a large kettle filled with four simple ingredients: fresh stone-ground organic Sparrow ginger, delicate organic coconut sugar, and a little pectin and organic tapioca starch to give it its unique body and texture. Each bar is then dusted with a little extra organic coconut sugar before it is tucked into a foil pouch.
